INSIDE CHERRY BOMB INTERVALS WITH DR.B (Strong enough to make meaningful changes)

Sometimes we coaches get together with one of our athletes and do some one on one time. A 30 minutes SkillZ Session. (Basically personal training) This was such an occasion.

I hate running. She hates running so why not do some running?!
Why?!!!

Because "if you can't run 400m meters to save someone's life or run to a phone to call for help, you're in fucking trouble," well said DR. B.

So we pulled up our big girl pants and did a 20 minute Cardio intensive workout which included ...ugh...running.  SO HERE'S DAT BITCH.

5 minutes to complete each round

  • 400 m run
  • 15 HEAVY Kettlebell Swings
  • 12 Pull ups
Rest if you have any time left over in that 5 minutes, then start again.
4 Rounds. The entire workout will take 20 minutes. Check out our shitty workout below.  Just click and laugh at our feeble attempts.
