Especially when you beat your younger clients in the Filthy Fifty! YEAH, take that! Whoop, whoop!
This is a day in the life of a garage gym, in a town of 1000.
What do we do here? Well, I stumbled and mumbled and got through that question on a New York radio station and if I had to sum it up in one phrase - We make fitness, the best part of our clients day!
We do a style of prescriptive coaching here. Where we modify every single workout to fit you and whatever you're going through that particular day. It's why we keep our class sizes small.
To be blunt we coach. We don't just run a class. We look at the whole of you and try to help guide you in all aspects of fitness which includes mental, nutritional and strength. It's basically personal training in a group setting with some of the most fun folks you'll ever meet. Awesome right?!
But if you live too far away or aren't ready to join a fitness facility quite yet, then I have something for you.
For something a bit less intense than filthy 50, try the Interval Workout in the video.
3 Rounds
1 minute per exercise (no rest)
Weighted sit ups
Box Jumps
Kettlebell Swings
1 minute break after you have performed those moves back to back.
Don't break between exercises, only between rounds.
It really doesn't look all that bad until you do it. HA!
