Fit Bomb - CrossFit "at home workout" Open 16.1




Not everyone can get to a gym, especially if you live in the middle of nowhere.  Kinda like we do in
Lancaster and surrounding. A whole lot of farms, fields, cows and fresh air. Not all bad I say.

All 1000 person population can attest to how far we have to drive to get to any kind of decent gym, if you can call most of those big box style gyms decent!  Ha!

Ok, I take that back.  I started out in those types of facilities and it was not there fault that I didn't use them.  I wasn't taking charge of my own life.  I expected great things from a whole lot of not trying too darn hard. But I grabbed life by the bells, the kettlebells and I started to train at home.

Grab 2 Dumbbells, kettlebells or soup cans and get moving.

CROSSFIT OPEN 16.1
Set a timer for 20 minutes

8 Overhead Lunges
8 burpee over something, anything.
8 Overhead Lunges
8 Chest to Bar pull ups OR Renegade rows.
