If I could do it all over again! (And a Bodyweight FIT BOMB)

We all start our health and fitness journey as beginners. No-one is born an expert. We read, we ask questions, we try things, and yes... sometimes we give up.  Worse yet we get bogged down in the information so much so that we never start.  I've done this a lot in my lifetime. Thinking I need more information, more books, magazines before I can start.   ANALYSIS PARALYSIS.

The point that I'm trying to say here is that I was good enough.  I could have started at any point.  

You too, are good enough.  

The journey can start anywhere at anytime.  You just have to start.  And yes, in an ideal world, we should never have to be told we're good enough. But the unfortunate truth is that, more often than not, there are those who either have never listened when being told this before, or, quite frankly, have never felt they were given the right to consider this concept at all.



If I could start all over again then I wish I could begin with the knowledge that a balance of exercise and a healthy diet is the key to lasting results!  Nothing more than that.  Not some crazy complicated plan or structured and regimented schedule.  Simplicity.  Find something you like and do it.  Eat what's real.  Done!

Back then I couldn't do the fancy moves and I didn't have the equipment, and I wasn't Gordon Ramsey in the Kitchen (except for the swearing).  But I made due and I learned.
