FIT BOMB - The Dumbbell Workout (CrossFit Open 11.5 at home version)

"What workout should I do?" The best answer.  Any, as long as it's one you WILL do.

You don't need fancy equipment to build muscle strength—sculpt a better body right now with just a few pairs of dumbbells everyday. I've got nothing against barbells.  I love the things but who's got a barbell and the know how to properly use one?  Am I right?! I digress...

No amount of equipment or expensive memberships will get your butt motivated if you just aren't enjoying yourself.   But, you have to start somewhere right? Hey, some days you just won't be making it into the gym.  That doesn’t mean you need to hit pause on achieving your goals. If you can find a pair of dumbbells, enough space, and the energy to go balls to the wall (quite literally on this workout) for up to 20 minutes, you have all of the ingredients to stay on track.

Do these 3 modified for at home moves, Dumbbell Clean, V-up,  Dumbbell Thruster with high intensity and you’ll get a full-body workout that takes only 20 minutes.


So, no matter what equipment you have available, from a fully-stocked supergym to a pair of mismatched dumbbells in your garage, or nothing but your body weight alone, you can build muscle, lose fat, and sculpt the physique you've always wanted.  You just have to be willing to do the work.

Find a pair of dumbbells and get after it!  You'll feel awesome and accomplished the remainder of the day.  Promise.  Then let those AWESOME days fuel you to keep doing it. Your reward for having a "perfect" healthy day is your HEALTH. That should suffice. Changing your thought process can be hard, but it's doable!! Let's get it done today, BOMBSQUAD!
