Who needs a gym when there’s the living room floor? Especially on a snowy, cold, yucky day when the kids are home! 

You may think, "Bodyweight. Pfft, whatever!" 
I say,  "Fine.  Go ahead and try it before you balk,".  Don't be fooled by this one it's TERRIBLE. Hence the name.

Bodyweight exercises are a simple, effective way to get a killer workout done with little more than a jump rope.  This one will improve balance, flexibility, and strength without machinery or extra equipment. From legs and shoulders to chest and abs, this CrossFit WOD covers every part of the body and gets that heart a pumpin!  Promise you won't be disappointed.
