FIT BOMB - 1 MOVE 10 MINUTES (fitness doesn't have to be complicated)





Workout Rule #1: Strength train first then do cardio, then balance on one foot while drinking a glass
of BCAA's or was it coconut water? Oh, wait. Forgot to add in some intervals and sprints and a marathon run but only at a certain heart rate. EEGAD!!!

STOP!  It doesn't have to be a complicated matter.  Pick an exercise or style of training and stick to it. That's what works long term.  The hard fast rules still stand.  Strength train at least a few times a week and get in some cardio.  It's worked for decades so why change it now. Keep it simple and DOABLE!

It may not be the newest or trendiest advice but it's what works! 

Now, if you're training for a specific competition, you may worry more about the details, but if not, it's not worth getting bogged down in the "rules."  Try this workout.  It hits strength and cardio all at once.  All you need is 10 minutes and a set of dumbbells.
