FIT BOMB - 15 minute AMRAP (NO SPACE, NO PROBLEM)

If you’re looking for a workout that will help burn off those holiday calories, definitely make you sweat, and make your muscles work then look no further.  We got a NO EXCUSE HOLIDAY AMRAP for you.


The holidays can be busy.  I mean REALLY busy so sometimes we can't get to the gym for whatever reason.  But oh man, I've concocted a workout that will make you sweat and make you stronger all at the same time.  I've brought the CrossFit gym to you and all it takes is a set of dumbbells.  I swear you won't need anything else.

This is a full body burner that will make you feel like you can have another piece of pie. BUT DON'T DO THAT!  Let's start the new year now.

For this workout, all you’ll need is two dumbbells (substitute kettlebells if needs be) and a little bit of space. Set a timer for 15 minutes, then do as many rounds of these three exercises as you can:

10 Dumbell Snatches (total)
10 Suitcase Deadlift
10 Thruster


Try this WOD for full body conditioning or when you need a super effective workout that requires minimal equipment.  Just remember to warm up and keep that back straight.  Prioritize form!

We've made this fun!  It's a challenge adn it has teams.  So go find yourself a partner or two,

We are only having POSITIVE points!!! You will NOT have to deduct points for cheats. You will only add points for eating clean foods. However, this does not mean we are encouraging cheats!

 Many people only see what doesn’t work and what they can’t change.  However, it makes much more sense to focus on the things that work and what you CAN change​ .  You will start with 0 points each day. You can achieve up to 42 points per day, 1 point per week, and 10 additional points at the end of the month.

**There are no portion restrictions in the challenge, but be smart. If you are eating an entire bag of trail mix, you are not eating clean; you are doing more of the same stuff you did before. Use this challenge to change your habits.**
