FIT BOMB - Kettlebell Complex HOLY FIVER (Your winter cardio)

So, yeah, just sharing a good conditioning workout for y'all this winter. It's something you can do at home in very little space and I'd argue it's a heck of a lot more fun than watching MORNING TALK SHOWS on an eliptical or running outside in the cold.
It's chilly and soon will be Canada COLD! What is a girl to do for cardio?
If you are like me and hate to do regular cardio, especially in the winter, and super especially since I have asthma and the cold will quite literally kill me, then you may fall in love with kettlebells! Cuz, I did! Yes, with kettlebells, you can get a great cardio workout while you are lifting weights. And to top it all off, you will barely need 15 minutes to get the job done.
HOLY FIVER (5 rounds.)
5 Single arm swing Right
5 Snatch Right
5 Clean
5 Clean n Press
5 Front squat. NOW SWITCH SIDES
You want cardio...just listen to my breathing after having only done 2 rounds...ugh.
HOLY FIVER. 5 moves, 5 Reps, 5 Rounds. Give it a go if you like.
It's amazing what you can accomplish at home with just a kettlebell and 15 minutes.
