FIT BOMB - At home CrossFit WOD (15 min. AMRAP)





15 minutes is all you'll need for the full body workout.

Oh and 2 kettlebells.

Man, this was a tough one to video.  I got interrupted several times and completely thrown off my game but that didn't stop me from finishing.  Enjoy the show Bomb Squad!
