CLEAN UP YOU JERK (how to pick up chicks at the gym)

The Clean and Jerk
After having successfully upped my clean and jerk from 100 lbs to 115 lbs - that's a lot for me- I though I'd give you a quick rundown on why they are so awesome and why they can make you awesome too.

If you are looking to work the entire body in a short amount of time, the clean and jerk is for you.  It really is a full body workout. When your in the crouched position and start to come up, it's like a traditional deadlift so you're working most of your lower body and core. As you pull to get the weight up like a row it's shoulders and traps.  Then when you dip down and get under it and get it up it's legs. And as you push it up and do a push press, it's shoulders. It's definitely a full body work out.

Seriously though, a clean and jerk is fantastic for the body and you need to do them with proper form.

HOW DO YOU DO THAT?  EASY, LEARN FROM SOMEONE WHO KNOWS HOW!
