IT'S A FIT BOMB (Kettlebell EMOM - Perfect Beginner WOD)






Crossfitters come in all shapes and sizes. So don't get discouraged at first.  We all start somewhere.



Don't let heavy weights, loud music and the crazy abs scare you away from CrossFit. One of the best features of CrossFit is that every workout that comes up can be modified. Rep schemes, weight and time can all be changed to better suit the athlete especially for beginners. You have to work your way up to the more intense WOD's. This workout is a great beginner workout that is an efficient way to work your entire body in 10 minutes flat and at your own pace - more or less. Start with a dynamic warm-up to get your body ready to move and increase range of motion in your joints


A bit harder...hold the weight overhead.
Your first WOD doesn’t have to be scary. But it should challenge — and change — you. So try this simple TWO MOVEMENT "at home" WOD.  It will work your arms, legs and core.



Set a timer for 10 minutes.

Every minute do:

10 Goblet Lunges
10 Pushups

rest in the time left of your minute.



Simple and not at all scary.  Right?!



If it's too intense either drop the weight down to something more manageable or drop the kettlebell all together.  Do what you can with what you have, I say. If it's not intense enough, just add a few more reps and shorten your recovery time.  It's as simple as that :)
