EASY & QUICK WORKOUT IDEA - Quick Kettlebell Cardio ETT (empty the tank)

     

The key to sticking with a program is to have fun and to actually enjoy what you're doing. No, actually like it.  Not pretend you do because it's the FAD at the time.

Enjoying an exercise routine can be difficult when all you can think about is when is this going to end or how man more reps. Many people find that a bit of distraction helps get them through a workout. SO...have fun darn it and pop in an energizing song! Focus on it instead and I promise you won't even notice those 3 - 5 minutes go by.

Fitness doesn't have to be so bloody serious or regimented. Make it up as you go along.  It really isn't as complicated as the industry would like you to think it is.  Move, if only for a song a day.



You can choose any exercises to do to this or ANY song.  The variations are limitless.  This can be your entire workout or you can d as I did; Make it a fun little finisher.  It's really up to you.

Skipping and double-unders when you hear SHOTS.

Jog in place and burpees on SHOTS.

Or a kettlebell variation of swings and toe taps like in this video.
