If you can't get outside for some cardio?  Try this 35 minute AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible).

Start with

3 minutes of Sumo Deadlift High Pulls.
75 skips
30 Mountain climbers
75 skips
30 box jumps
75 skips
50 Meter farmer carry

REPEAT TILL TIME IS UP!

Get moving!  Your heart and lungs will thank you.
