3 MOVES to hit the entire body.

Although no single tool is the end-all be-all, if you’re a strength or cardio training fanatic who is in search of a new challenge, look not further than the kettlebell. The kettlebell will provide a 1-2 punch of cardio and strength that will hit your entire body and spice up your training. This Bad-ass Kettlebell Triplet will help you pack on muscle, develop greater conditioning, burn fat, increase mobility and overall help you become even MORE of a Bad-ass.

This work sgreat as a partner WOD.  One person working through their round while the partner rests.

1- 8 and 2 burpees added per round.

Movement #1 Double Swing
Movement #2 Double Clean and Press
Movement #3 Double Front Squat
Now let's add some burpees.  YAY! BURPEES!!!

Perform 1 Double swing, 1 Double clean and press, 1 double front squat then 2 burpees. Partner does the same while you rest. Next round
Perform 2 of each exercise and 4 burpees. Next round
Perform 3 of each movement and 6 burpees... all the way to 8 and 16 burpees

You may not like this particular strength based workout but with a single kettlebell you can kick your own ass and super efficiently.  More so than even dumbbells or barbells, you can easily do a lot of stuff with kettlebells. 
With just one kettlebell, you can add external load to a squat or lunge, you can overhead press, you can challenge your stability by doing exercises in the “bottoms up” position (the kettebell is upside down… crazy!), you can do Turkish Get-Ups, you can do bodybuilding style bent-over rows and, unique to kettlebells themselves, you can do one of our very favourite exercises, the kettlebell swing!

BE YOU BE STRONG BE AWESOME!!!
This is a single kettlebell swing.  What I'm asking for is a double kettlebell swing. It's  WAY more awkward and core intensive.  I put this picture up because I go over the kettlebell swing in this FIT BOMB.  So it's a good idea to give it a boo and make sure you're dong the move properly.
This is the top of the press.  Note: one, how happy I am and two, my position.  Core tight, biceps by the ears and arms locked out.
Your final move is the front squat with a double front rack position.  The bells will rest in the front rack position.  No funny holding them off to the sides and tweeking your elbows.  keep your torso up and glutes firing.
