It's been quite a while since my MARCH MADNESS FIT BOMB series hasn't it?



let's start back in with some basic movements.

20 rounds or 10 for beginners

5 push ups

5 sit ups

5 squats



How does that sound?  If you said easy, you're in for a surprise.
