Today is International Women's Day (2015). (UPDATE: This has taken on a whole other meaning after watching Deadpool this year (2016 ;) ) Shout out to all my strong beautiful women here at Cherry Bomb Garage Gym and to all the other women out there. You are strong, beautiful, and just plain awesome!

The beauty of a woman is not just aesthetic but is reflected in who she is. Good, bad, bitchy, what have you, the beauty of a woman grows with the passing years. My mission is that we not just merely survive, but thrive and we can only do this by NOT comparing ourselves to others. Be the best version of you and learn to love yourself!!! OH and keep you shirts on for christ sake!


F@ck ABS!  I'm tired of seeing half naked women on the internet.  What does that do but objectify us.  Keep your goddamn shirts on and please for the love of god put on some pants.  Why do "health" experts insist on working out in their underwear?

I posted this on my FaceBook Coach page and think it's worth posting here as well.
