BE A SUCCESS

Remember this during your next WOD. You SHOULD be challenged in all aspects of your life, but most DEFINITELY during your time in the gym or at home during a workout. That's when you learn to get stronger mentally and physically. That's when you nurture the ability to NOT be defeated when challenges arise. Successful people PUSH THROUGH and DRIVE FORWARD with every last breath! You NEED to give it 110% from 3-2-1-GO until you yell “TIME!” at the end. Don’t give up. Don’t let your head get in the way. Don’t half ass your abilities no matter what they are. Do not be defeated. The choice is YOURS.

Are you in the game or are you watching from the sidelines. Accept the challenge.

How has this months CHALLENGE been going?

I forgot to mention in the video that today's workout has a FINISHER. At the end of your 10 or 6 minute workout you will be doing one minute of ABS. Doesn't sound like much but wait. You'll see.

CORE FINISHER

Finish it off with a Ball, V, Plank ...forgot to mention that in the video. One minute of this move at the very end for those looking for a finisher that involves the core.

Ball - hold the knees to chest

V - arms up by the ears and legs pointed up hence a V

Plank - reverse plank. Lying on back with arms and legs up about an inch.

Rotate through these moves no stopping for one minute.
