MARCH MADNESS Bombshell Week 2 Day 5 (Cardio, Core and kettlebells)

The Kettlebell can be traced back to 18th-century Russia. So this piece of equipment isn't new by any means but Kettlebell training is in. It's a new fitness craze and why not?  This simple piece of equipment looks like a cannon ball with a handle - badass -and a few basic movements with this single piece of equipment can raise heart rate and recruit muscles throughout the body, in contrast to traditional weight training, which uses specific exercises to isolate individual muscles and requires far more equipment.



Kettlebell movements emphasize speed and explosiveness.  It also builds strength, improves aerobic capacity, boosts abdominal core strength and can significantly improve dynamic balance. All that without a big time investment.

An effective, efficient workout of cardio and strength training in one. Yup, I'm in.  As a fully certified Agatsu Level 1 trainer in a matter of weeks I can tell you that a kettlebell is well worth the cost.
