GETTING PUMPED IN NO TIME ( MARCH MADNESS CHALLENGE DAY 1 Re-test)

TIME FOR A TEST.  I hope you've been studying.


So happy with all the results from doing our short but intense Bombshell workouts. All my TEST numbers have gone up. Keep it up and you'll continue to see changes happen. 

I'm getting strong, feeling energized, and in only 2 weeks! Now, what it's doing to my hair...looks interesting but check out the sweat! What's your results been?  Let me know.  Seriously!

My workouts are rarely more than 20 minutes and include some form of AB FINISHER.  I've added those to increase core strength and stability for when I perform heavy lifts, NOT to get a six pack!  So be kind to yourself and remember that everyone's body is different!   When I lean out it's inevitably my thighs and glutes that retain the  fat.  What's a girl to do?  Not dwell on it and focus on the positive and all the incredible things I can now do like handstands, muscle ups, pull ups and the like.  That's just cool.

That said, remember that all the videos and advice in the world will do you little good if you don't use it.  Put the effort into your workouts and your nutrition! Don't starve yourself, and don't do endless hours of cardio.  You don't have to go to the gym or dump a tonne of money on equipment.  Do some short intense work at home. Try it out for FREE.
