LISTEN TO ME (KNEES OUT! explained and why I yell)

Dr. Kelly Starrett's explanation of why I yell,
"KNEES OUT!"
My fingers represent a very crude model of the Anterior Cruciate Ligament. It's role is to prevent independent rotation of the tibia in relation to the femur.
The hand will be creating force ex. jumping, squatting, running and the like.Basically, the right rotation will make your knee stable while the wrong rotation can increase the odds of injury.

LEFT: Externally rotating the right hand, tightens and therefore; stabilized the joint. Note: my foot has a natural arch.
RIGHT: Internally rotating the hand, collapses the knee and the arch in my foot. It also loosens my fingers making my knee unstable.
The reason why I yell.
