K is for KELLY (listen to the doctor)
I hear from my athletes that their knees hurt especially after a particularly grueling squat sequence. Yes, that will happen for two reasons. One, your muscles are sore because you are squatting correctly and you have awoken slabs of protein you never knew existed - or two, you're form is crap! Knees, arches, core are collapsed. You're barely able to keep yourself upright much less down and up. Not a flexed posterior muscle in sight. You are a meat sack held together with a draw string or two we call connective tissue. And then you continue to utilized this sopping bag of flesh crap form through out your daily living; therefore, exacerbating the problem.
Let us start off simple. The stairs. This guy is great and I have been studying his techniques. More classes and more books have entered my life. My old brain, she explodes with knowledge!
Kelly Starrett on knees. Not on his knees but talking all about stairs and knee pain.
