"You ARE meant to be STRONG, BEAUTIFUL women"... I say this to you on this Thursday because all you "OnRampers"  blew me away with your tenacity.  Not a one of you dropped to a lighter weight.  Hold on to that ferocity in every part of your life.

And with that said; no more I can'ts...no more pity parties... no more excuses... and no more doubt... NOW, 3-2-1-GO!
