RECIPE - MINI CHOCOLATE SOUFFLE (post workout food that tastes great)
100 or so calories - if you care.
Gluten free & vegetarian - if that's your bag.
High in protein - everyone should care.
This is another one of my post workout, almost feels like a cheat foods, which is awesome and they are awesome!
Chocolate souffle. You can have your cake and eat it too.
1/2 Cup protein powder (egg white protein for the veggetarians)
2 Cup water
1 Cup coconut milk
2 ripe bananas
1/4 Cup of natural sugar (maple syrup)
1/2 Cup of cocoa powder
1 Tablespoon coconut oil (butter)
2 Cups flour (almond, rice)
1 Tablespoon vanilla or hazelnut extract
2 Cup water

Honey
Pre-heat oven at 375 F In a big bowl, pour all the ingredients except for cocoa and flour, whisk! Gradually add the cocoa and rice flour while continually mixing until you obtain a slick and light texture. Take a muffin pan and grease the cups, pour the mix evenly in each cup and bake for 15 minutes
Remove from oven and glaze the top of each mini souffle with 1 tablespoon of honey
Lower the heat to 350 F
Put back in the oven for 10 more minutes, then remove and enjoy
