What you will need...
Pumpkin Pie in a Mug
3 tbs of almond meal or coconut flour (consistency will change)
2 tbs of coconut oil or ghee (clarified butter)
1 egg
1/2 cup of pumpkin puree
1 tsp of pumpkin spice
1 tbs of honey or maple syrup
1 tsp of vanilla extract
a dash of salt
1/2 tsp of baking powder
3 tbs of almond meal or coconut flour (again, will change the consistency...bit dry)
3 tbs of cocoa powder
2 tbs of honey or maple syrup
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 egg
(2 eggs...extra protein but add a bit more flour)
a few dashes of salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon.
1 small ripe banana
1 1/2 Tablespoons almond butter(or any nut butter)
1 egg
2 heaping Tablespoons cocoa powder
2 teaspoons sweetener (optional)
2 tbs of coconut oil or ghee (clarified butter)
1 egg
1/2 cup of pumpkin puree
1 tsp of pumpkin spice
1 tbs of honey or maple syrup
1 tsp of vanilla extract
a dash of salt
1/2 tsp of baking powder
All righty, here's how it's done...
Mix everything together really well. Place in a mug or a small microwave safe dish and microwave for 2 minutes. I usually put it in for 1 minute, stir and put 'er back in for a final minute. Drizzle maple syrup or full fat whipping cream, then hurry up and eat it all to yourself. YUM!

"Banana chocolate Mug Cake"
1 small ripe banana1 1/2 Tablespoons almond butter(or any nut butter)
1 egg
2 heaping Tablespoons cocoa powder
2 teaspoons sweetener (optional)
You could make it extra devilish by adding some no no's like...Chocolate chips but just a few. Or be good and add walnuts, dried fruit(optional)
Toss everything in a microwave safe mug as said before and microwave for 2 minutes. Top with nut butter like I did. Enjoy!
